I cannot believe that we have only 60 days left before we go to Mozambique! I will be updating this as we continue to prepare for this BIG Adventure.

Hello friends and family, 32 Days and counting. We have been visiting our kids the past month. We have traveled to Del Rio, Tx for a week, New York/New Jersey. What a blessing it has been to see all of our kids and their families. Right now we are in North Pole, Alaska visiting our son, Garret and his wife Ashlee. We have had a wonderful time visiting the sites in all this area. We have done the tourist things including panning for gold. No we didn't strike it rich!!! It is lovely here and the air is so clean. It reminds me of the Komi skies in Russia--the air is crisp and clean. The sky is very blue and the clouds are white.... Please pray for our safety as we travel home tomorrow night; a swift time for Dorothy's (Gary's mother) transition to assisted living at Meadowland Terrace; and as we begin the final preparations for Moazmbique July 1.
